Samsung has announced that the chunky, bright-colored Galaxy Tab 3 Kids will be headed to the U.S. from Nov. 10, priced at $229.99. The 7-inch tablet is essentially a Galaxy Tab 3 wrapped in a colorful exterior, with the option to switch into a second, kid-friendly operating mode alongside the standard Android/TouchWiz UI. Naturally for a kid-centric tablet you'll find a host of games and educational apps preloaded on the Tab 3 Kids, along with parental controls to keep tabs on what your kids can do.
