'Vampire Diaries': Is Matt Going Crazy? (Exclusive Video)

Matt (Zach Roerig) is starting to feel the pressure on The Vampire Diaries.

After a chance encounter with the mysterious Nadia (Olga Fonda) during a late-night European rendezvous with Rebekah, the traveler returned to town -- casting a spell on one of Mystic Falls' lone humans that's wreaking havoc on his mind.

The Hollywood Reporter debuts an exclusive clip from the Oct. 24 episode, "For Whom the Bell Tolls," wherein Matt airs out his worries to Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), recounting his most recent blackout episode.

After Nadia brought back her old friend Gregor via Matt's body, Matt woke up to find mud tracks all over the house. Naturally, Jeremy has the right response to the whole situation: "OK ... weird."

Matt, who's gone through his fair share of troubles (and deaths), is nearly positive the most recent blackout wasn't the first time he woke up unsure of what happened. "I'm pretty sure it's not the first time," he says, worried. But Matt has an inkling that whatever is inside his body, whatever Nadia put inside his body, "is still there."

Then Jeremy notices the video camera in the room, which Matt says is the only way he can keep track of how he's "losing time."

But the person Matt believes can help him the most, Bonnie (Kat Graham), is nowhere to be found -- and he's not happy about it. (He saw her briefly on the "other side" when Silas "killed" him.)

"Did I do something to piss her off?" Matt asks. Watch the scene above.

The Vampire Diaries airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
