The Timeshare Shop is a family run, U.K. based company specialising in the re-sale of timeshare holiday ownership weeks and points. With offices in Manchester, Spain and the Canary Islands and agents in the U.S., the company?s management team has over 25 years? experience within the industry.
As the business is not linked to any specific timeshare developer it is able to offer independent, unbiased advice and information to prospective purchasers or sellers.
The services offered by The Timeshare Shop include purchasing, renting, selling and part exchanging timeshare weeks and points (RCI, Club La Costa and Diamond Resorts International) and providing advice and support through the re-sale process.

As silver affiliates of TATOC, The Timeshare Shop will adhere to the TATOC code of conduct issued in August 2011 and the re-sale code of practice. All companies wishing to affiliate to the Timeshare Association are thoroughly vetted beforehand and continually monitored. The Timeshare Association (Timeshare Owners and Committees), known as TATOC, was formed in 1989 and is the only elected consumer association representing the interests of timeshare owners in Europe.
