Primary Duties:

Lutheran Social Service is looking for a Business Analyst to provide consultation, business analysis, project coordination and primary support for LSS applications/systems.

This will include supporting new application launches and expansion/enhancements of existing systems. This position will also be responsible for ongoing production support, including problem troubleshooting.

This person will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the development of end-user reports and conducting data audit to ensure system integrity.

Major responsibilities of the position include; applications support, business analysis, project coordination, system documentation, creation of process flows, end user training & support, and responding to report requests.

Experience:

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience along with 2+ years experience working with large-scale technical applications: defining requirements, testing functionality, project management, and documentation.

Successful candidate will also have experience in preparing user manuals and delivering training, the ability to work with detailed data and information.

Candidates should be proficient at managing multiple converging deadlines, and possess the ability to handle interruptions to address end-user support inquiries as needed.

Additional Info:

Full time position working 40 hours per week.

LSS is committed to a total compensation philosophy which encompasses base salary, benefits, a flexible work environment and opportunities for development.

The hiring range for this position is $42,136-$60,194 commensurate with experience.
